CINCO is located in the beautiful and culturally rich community of Highland Park, California. CINCO resides in a building adjacent to the Highland Park Ebell Club. The building was built in 1938 and has been used for various purposes throughout the years including a playhouse, restaurant and bookstore. CINCO has been housed in this building since 1999. The facility has a community technology classroom with 30 functioning and internet accessible computers, 5 offices, a community board room, restrooms and a lounge area.
